With over 25 years of outstanding customer support experience, I have combined my technical skills as a Microsoft engineer with my design skills in digital marketing to offer an outstanding customer experience.

This enables me to provide

History

I have always invested in myself gaining my Microsoft and Digital Marketing certifications over the years. 

I have spent even more hours reading, experimenting and training myself to become the person I am today.

I have never forgotten my roots and how I felt before I got really involved in technology.

My working life covered the birth of technology as we know it today from the late 1980’s, so I have seen so many amazing technology leaps, and still find it as interesting today as when I started over 25 years ago.
